El contexto histórico de The Flowers of War es la Masacre de Nankín pero no sabía de este hecho hasta la película y no sé cuan representativa es.La verdad la bajé por Christian Bale y los primeros 15 minutos me fastidiaron. Polvo, soldados que nunca logré distinguir de qué bando eran y una balacera desquiciada. Podrían tranquilamente haber contado lo mismo en 5 minutos. La película es un nah. Tiene algunos momentos potables pero en líneas generales me pareció un embole. Si no fuera por Christian Bale diría directamente que es una cagada.
